It was a really nice hotel!
It was clean and the staff were very friendly, so I felt safe staying there.
The only thing that bothered me was that the toilet seemed to be leaking water, and the water from the shower next door leaked into the toilet, so much so that I thought it was broken.
There wasn't much of a gap, so it was very hard to tell.
The staff were quick to respond and very kind, which I was grateful for.

Stayed for 4 nights in the Residences side of the building. Facilities are good however, the rainfall shower doesn’t work which was a slight challenge for my husband who is quite tall.
No milk provision for teas or coffees as well. Not sure if this is a cultural thing that they don’t provide milk.
Location of the hotel is great, cleanliness is spot on.

Front desk staff Mr. Dennis was thorough and friendly when we check in. The hotel was located in a great and convenient location. Kudos to all the staffs for upholding and maintaining the standard of this hotel.

Good location, nice renovation, but the facilities are very bad. We booked 2 rooms and changed rooms 4 times, first the AC was broken, then the shower couldn't be turned off and a pile of water flooded out from the ceiling. After the room was changed, we had a broken coffee machine and ther room's toilet was clogged and all the poo flooded out.
There were no more rooms to be swapped to that night so we didn't let our 2 years old go into the bathroom the whole night. Ended up swapping room and got a bottle of red wine and late check-out as compensation. But I think the facilities can really be better.

기념일로 남자친구와 함께 방문하였습니다. 접근성도 좋고 호텔도 깔끔해서 좋았어요. 수영장은 생각보다 작았던 거 같아요.
그리고 레지던스로 선택을 해서 그런가 방이 꽉차는 느낌이었어요. 만약에 공간이 많은 방을 원한다면은 레지던스를 잡지 않는 것을 추천합니다.
조식도 무난하게 잘 먹었습니다.
