The water heater was out of order so no hot water for shower.
No notification from the hotel and the attitude of the front desk was not helpful and somehow rude.
The hygiene is fine but a few things are broken:
- the hair dryer’s joint is loosen so it’s front part keeps dropping
- the show holder is loosen so it is always at a lower location
Bed is nice.

First of all, I chose Shilla Stay because I trusted it~
It was clean, soundproofed well, and had a good atmosphere.
But this room was too small for three people to sleep in ㅠㅠ
Only one person brought a carrier, but if I had brought all the carriers, it would have been too hard.
And the air conditioner didn't work well, so the room was too hot and it was too dry, so it would have been better if there was a humidifier.

The transportation is convenient. The subway entrance is right at the door. The Seoul subway extends in all directions. The room is a bit small and there is nothing I can do about it, but I can get by. Breakfast was ok with lots of choices.
