It's good value for money. I didn't expect much because I found the place in a hurry, but the heater worked well and they provided toiletries, so I had no problem sleeping comfortably. I left my phone number at the counter, but it seemed like they emptied the counter often, which was a little disappointing. The bed was relatively small, but it was okay.

Booked a family room for 4 pax in winter (end Jan). Was on the top floor with no escalator thus had a tough time moving big luggages. The toilet was freezing cold as there was no heater in the toilet, we had to shower in cold air (albeit with hot water but still was freezing). Floor was also very slippery, brother slipped and fell a few times. The room itself was small with almost no space to move around with our luggages open. Nonetheless the host was friendly and nice; and location was good (~3 mins walk to metro). Overall I would not reccomend if you're travelling with family and want a comfortable stay, especially during winter. If you're travelling light & during the summer, it should be fine.

The room is very small, basically just a bed and a cabinet, the suitcases can't be unfolded, there is no elevator and you have to carry things upstairs, but this is the core area of Seoul, the price is so cheap among all the hotels, why do you need a bicycle

We rented a modest room with a bathroom here. Overall, the place is great for the money, the decor is a bit tired, but it was clean and tidy, everything you need is there, hot water, heating, a small kitchen. Since we rented at the end of November, it was already cold outside, for the first time we used heated sheets, a cool thing) It is in a convenient place, in an old building with colorful streets. We walked to many attractions, there is something to see along the way. There is a food market nearby, if you don't have the energy to choose from a variety of cafes.

The location is good, close to the subway station (5~10 minutes walk) and the airport bus station. It is convenient to go to and from the airport or to other attractions such as Myeongdong and Dongmyo Flea Market (if you walk, it only takes about 15~20 minutes, passing through Dongdaemun market)
I originally checked in at 16:00, but when I arrived around 15:00, the boss happened to be cleaning the first floor. If I asked, I could check in early. It is difficult to find someone at the reception during the rest of the time. The bathroom has a bit of a musty smell, but I personally can accept it. , just open the window and blow it. I live on the third floor, and I don’t feel there is any particular noise in the nearby restaurant or on the street on Friday and Saturday nights.
