The hygiene is terrible! There are hairs everywhere. It is so dirty. I booked for three days and they still won't refund me because the hygiene is so bad. Stay away!!!

I had a very pleasant stay at the H Avenue Hotel in another area, so I looked for it and made a reservation. The facilities here were very bad. The location and service seemed good, but the cleanliness of the room was the worst. I booked a twin room, but the bathroom was right next to the small bed. Even the wall separating the bathroom was transparent, so it felt like a ghost would appear, and the room walls were painted black, so it felt like I was in a basement. There was hair and foundation on the bedding, but I didn't check it right after I checked in, so I just slept. (I didn't wear makeup that day, so it wasn't mine.) There was a lot of mold in the bathroom and bathroom, and the floor of the room wasn't cleaned properly. I chose to just sleep, but I slept poorly. I tossed and turned all night and woke up. There was a sheep's head at the head of the bed, so it felt like a ******* house. I won't use it again, but I had such a hard night that I'm leaving a review for public interest so that people don't have the same experience as me. Please pay attention to cleaning the room!

Huge pit, very bad. I have been to many places in the world, but none of them disrespect foreign tourists so much!
The facilities are old and noisy. The room is 30 degrees + and cannot be adjusted by yourself. Please be mentally prepared before booking!
Oh, the front desk will probably ask you for an extra hour of early check-in even though you have already paid the full amount on the platform

Unfriendly staff
When I came back in the evening after going out, the room wasn't cleaned, so I asked the counter, and they asked me, "Did you request it?" lol
I didn't receive any guidance when checking in. There was no information on the reservation site either
They said there was no Wi-Fi password, but it was locked, so I was assigned to the room next door - they were also unfriendly during this process (some rooms are locked, so please check)
I lifted the blanket and saw a stain, so I felt uncomfortable and slept in the same bed (two-bed room) - I don't think the pictures showed everything
