After that, we kept trying to find the front desk to argue, but they were not at their workstation every time. I guess they wanted to evade responsibility. It's a hostel, so the cleanliness is average.
The guy at the reception was very kind and explained everything to me in detail.

Great location. The administration sent a letter with detailed instructions on how to get there. The hostel is clean. We couldn't hear our neighbors. The room is large. The mattresses are a bit hard, but since we walked a lot, we slept like logs. There is a common area on the roof. The second floor is currently undergoing renovations.
