The hotel was kept clean and I had no problems staying there. The room was small, but it's not that bad since it's nearly impossible to find a place like this in this location, cleanliness and price. I actually thought it was a good deal. It was also convenient, as you can walk to Jongno.
However, as others have said, the subway entrance near the hotel has stairs, so it might be a bit difficult if you have heavy luggage. However, you can get to Gimpo Airport without having to transfer, and there is a limousine bus to Incheon Airport nearby, so it's convenient.
I would like to stay here again.

Had a great stay at this guesthouse considering that the price is affordable and easy access of public transportation.
1. Location: If you’re from the airport, would recommend to ride the airport bus instead of taking the train as it’s much more convenient. Airport bus would stop at Baiton Hotel. Do note that the nearest subway station does not have elevator or lift.
2. Room: Quite small which actually a standard if you visit Korea. Bathroom is clean and even have curtains to ensure it won’t get well all over.
3. Amenities: Free water bottles provided in the room but there’s also water dispenser at the kitchen. There’s also microwave but there’s a certain time that you can use. I’m the kind of person who cannot live without iron and this guesthouse does provide one upon request.

Great location
The subway station is about 3 minutes walk away
The 6001 airport bus is also a 3-minute walk away
The landlord is nice and will help with the luggage
The disadvantage is that the sound insulation is very poor

The boss is very handsome and nice. He will take the initiative to help carry the luggage up and down the stairs. The room is clean and tidy. The only drawback is that it would be better if the window could be fixed in an open position, so that when you don't want to turn on the air conditioner at night, you can open the window a little bit to ventilate! Me and my partner stayed there for a few days and it was perfect for us since we didn't plan on staying in the actual room the whole time. Very close to the subway and other bus options, like the airport bus. Although it is about 1hr and 30min transit from the airport. I recommend this place to people who like to explore.
