The duplex I booked has three 1.5-meter beds. The room size is also very good. It has a microwave, refrigerator, washing machine and water dispenser. The toilet is very small, but it doesn't matter. It's quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The location is very convenient, and it's within walking distance of Hongik University subway station. It only takes 5 minutes for self-service check-in and check-out. The landlord will send you an email and there is also a WeChat contact information. Spacious for 4 pax. Cleaning will be done upon request. Plus point you can book room with washing machine in the unit. Otherwise, you can use the washing machine and dryer on the 3rd floor. Minus point, no elevator. You nees to use your energy to bring up and dowm your luggages. If you arrive early than their check-in time and room is not ready, you can place your luggages at the space provided on the ground floor. This place is located near the subway and surrounded with cafes, convenience store and a stone throw from Daiso and other shops for colthings, contact lens, souvenirs and even eateries.

I believe this guesthouse is rare to find since everything is perfect. First is location, just couple minutes from station by foot. Second is room, clean and cozy, even it’s quiet small for 3 people in the winter. Check in and check out is also very easy. I would love to stay here again. But it’s always sold out TT
