位置非常好，地鐵，百貨就在樓下，吃飯逛街方便極了，可以步行到江邊。房間乾淨衞生，設施齊全，窗外景色非常棒！強力推薦！

酒店房間很安靜，超級安靜，我選的江景，我最滿意的是床品，是 Frette 的牌子，睡了一晚上很舒服，下次還會入住，早餐就就沒什麼特色，我衹是安排了一次嘗試，健身房和泳池也非常 ok， 不足的是酒店 wifi 有點差勁。 酒店一樓可到 IFC mall，對面也是現代百貨，地理位置優越。

The airport bus to the hotel is very convenient! You don't need to carry your luggage during the check-in process. The staff will help you carry your suitcase and put it next to the front desk. After you check in, they will take the suitcase to the room. The Conrad staff are also very good at speaking English. When I speak Korean, they will also answer me in Korean. They have mastered the bilingual switching. The gym is open 24 hours a day, and the swimming pool is open at scheduled times every day. The hotel breakfast is the highlight. You can tell how much I ate in one breakfast by looking at the picture. If I didn't have other plans, I really wanted to stay longer. Regardless of whether the room rate includes breakfast or not, Conrad’s breakfast is really worth a try! The room is very smart, whether it is the settings in the bathroom or the TV and curtains in the room, they are all very user-friendly. The room is equipped with a mini bar, with several types of alcohol and snacks to choose from, which need to be paid for separately. The texture of the slippers is very good, and they don’t feel like disposable, thin and transparent shoes. You need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste for environmental and social responsibility reasons. The sleep-aiding tea in the room is also great. It is a pleasure to make a cup of tea and fall asleep with the aroma of the tea. If you ask me if there is anything to complain about, it is that we had breakfast on Saturday, which was not included in the room rate. We also agreed to pay together when checking out, but I didn't expect that there was a transaction message on the credit card at midnight of the next day. I started to suspect that it was a fraudulent transaction. We didn't see the letter from the hotel before we went out that day. When we came back in the afternoon, we found that the door of the room could not be opened. Later, after paying for breakfast and reactivating the room card, we found that the room was cleaned after entering the room, but the two bottles of water that were supposed to be given every day were not given that day. When we came back later, we found that they had replenished the mineral water. At one point I was wondering if they were worried that we would run away or something! ? Apart from this, everything else is perfect!

Here are just the facts. I booked a Grand King Corner Suite and tried to check in at the 37th floor lounge but the staff told me to go back down to the 1st floor and check in since I didn't have a lounge pass. I didn't know much about this part, so I understand. After being assigned a 17th floor corner suite and checking in at 3 o'clock, the lights in the room kept going off and the blinds kept closing for about 4 hours. I called the front desk about 4 times and an engineer came to check the dressing room circuit breaker, but the same problem continued. I got a cut on my toe due to fine debris on the dressing room floor, and I also told them about this over the phone. When I was taking pictures at the pool, the staff member on duty warned me not to take pictures of other people. I didn't mean to do that.... but he kept looking at me and making eye contact. The staff member offered to change my room, but I had already unpacked my luggage and it was inconvenient to move, so I declined. I had to leave early in the evening because of work, so I ordered room service and tried to pay in advance on the first floor, but the staff said that I didn't have to pay as an apology for the inconvenience. I know that the staff here are famous for being rude, but I'm a person who is very patient, so I think I've said everything I need to say to this extent. I stayed here several years ago, but based on this experience, I don't think I'll ever come here again in my life.
