This was my first time using this hotel.
I was very satisfied with the room, which was compact and large enough to move around in and still allow me to open my suitcase.
The man at the reception was friendly and a very nice person!
It was reassuring to be able to speak to him in Japanese.
Also, it was very easy to get to, just a 5-minute walk from City Hall Station and a 10-15-minute walk from Myeong-dong.
They were able to store my luggage for me after I checked out, which was very helpful.
It was a hotel I would like to stay at again.
I look forward to coming again ^^

Rich is very good!
It's a cheap hotel so it's to be expected.
Be careful as you can't use Japanese electrical outlets.

It's not a new building so I thought it was worth the price.
However, you can walk to Myeongdong and Seoul Station, and best of all, the woman at the front desk spoke very good Japanese so I felt at ease! I'd like to stay here again if I have the opportunity!

It was conveniently located just 3 minutes from Exit 7 of City Hall Station!
The rooms were very nice and clean,
about the same quality as a business hotel in Japan.
The owners are very friendly and easy to ask questions about,
and they explain things carefully.
I'll make this my regular place when I go to Korea.

Due to heavy snowfall, we were unable to check in until the morning after the scheduled day, but we appreciate your kind support. The room facilities were the best of all the overseas hotels I have stayed at. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

The room itself was fine, but the shower didn't work, so I couldn't wash my hands.
There was no remote control for the heater in the room either.
The receptionist was really nice.
