L7 Hongdae by Lotte

L7 Hongdae 的入住體驗非常差。首先，前台的員工態度冷漠，對我們的問題不理解一開口就話要加錢，我只是要求房間不向馬路，而員工回應我們要住高一點就要加錢，我再一次強調不是要高樓層房間。及後他才說標準雙人房全部都是面向馬路的，而且態度非常之惡劣，其實解釋清楚酒店設計問題就解決了。 面向馬路的房間晚上及早上車輛經過都非常嘈吵，如果睡眠質素不是太好的避免選擇此類房間。 Check out 的時候寄存行李，我相信是最基本的服務。酒店check out 樓層在21樓，21樓也有大型的行李儲存空間。員工提議我們到一樓放在locker 內，操作繁複。但由於因為行李比較多，我們只是希望直接放在21樓，職員態度十分不友善，所在的行為只是方便他們做事，而根本沒有理會客人的需求。  相比之前入住過明洞L7，弘大RYSE及Mercure，明顯弘大分店員工需要改善服務態度，這樣的評價可以幫助其他旅客了解，並促使酒店改進服務。

This stay experience is very satisfactory! The hotel is conveniently located with convenient transportation around, which is very suitable for both sightseeing and business trip. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The service staff was friendly and the process from check-in to check-out was very smooth, and I felt their dedication. The breakfast selection is varied and tastes good. Overall, it is a very cost-effective hotel. I will definitely come back if I have the chance in the future!

酒店接近弘大站，也有機場巴士 附近很多餐廳購物地點，適合逛街 房間舒適很大，清潔，員工有禮服務優秀，推介

The hotel is very close to the main street of Hongdae. However, if you bring a large suitcase, you have to walk a little further to the subway exit with the elevator, which is a little inconvenient, but the staff's service attitude is good!

This is my second time staying here. The location is very convenient. The airport and train go directly to Hongdae without changing trains. There is no need to worry about eating, drinking, entertainment and shopping around.
