It was in a good location for going anywhere, as it was right next to Exit 1 of Samseong Station on Subway Line 2. Bongeunsa Station on Subway Line 9 was about a 10-minute walk away.
COEX was also close by, and could be reached directly from the subway station.
As it was a cold season, it was nice to have a room with a bathtub instead of just a shower.

COEXに用事があるならとても良い立地です。地下鉄三成駅の通路を利用してほとんど地上に出ることなくCOEXに行くことができます。
金浦空港から地下鉄乗り換え一回で到着することができます。
寒い日や天候の悪い日にはとても便利です。また飲食もCOEXモール内にたくさんある飲食店で済ませることができる点も便利です。
部屋は清潔ですが、部屋に入った瞬間水が腐敗したような匂いがします。排水設備が老朽化しているのかもしれません。
朝食は価格に見合っているとは思えない質素なものですが気に入らなければCOEXモールの中のスターバックスやマクドナルドを使うこともできます。
COEXからの近いという点でビジネスユースと割り切って宿泊するにはお勧めできると思います。
