The room was not clean. The bedding has stains and the floor was dirty, too much dust in the whole room. And the shower booth had hairs from previous stay.

フロントの若い女性の対応が酷い。不貞腐れてて睨みつけ面倒くさそうな応対。
部屋は綺麗だったのにチェックアウト時嫌な思いをしてせっかくの楽しい旅の思い出が最悪になった。
サービス業なのだからもう少し社員教育をきちんとして欲しい。

Nothing particularly good or bad, just average. The amenities were not of good quality. I'm glad I brought my own shampoo and conditioner. I wish the shower and bathroom were a little cleaner. No washlet. The rechargeable batteries were far away. The location was good. The bus to Incheon Airport was fairly close. It would be nice to have a timetable and directions to the bus stop.
Some of the front desk staff could speak Japanese, while others could not, but overall they were very friendly.

As soon as I entered the room, the smell of urine hit me. The cutlery and utensils were dirty, and the bathroom towels were left as if someone had used them and left them on the floor. And the desk staff... I wish they were a little more friendly. I think foreigners would be surprised if they treated me like I was angry.
