Jongno Olive Hotel

Overall, it was a clean, well-located, and comfortable hotel. There was toothpaste but no toothbrush, so I bought one.

The hotel is located in a good transport interchange, which is very convenient. But when booking, the check-in time was indicated from 16:00, but I checked in on Saturday and at the reception they said that on a weekend check-in is only after 20:00, this is not written down or indicated anywhere, it was very unpleasant and inconvenient because I was tired. In the room that was checked in, the air conditioner did not work and the bed was damp due to moisture, the window looked directly onto another building, the smell was unpleasant, so I did not open the window. There was a pleasant moment that I was moved to another room with a working air conditioner and the room is cleaned every day and the refrigerator is replenished with water, tea and instant coffee.

The room was clean and spacious, but some of the staff were very rude and some were kind and friendly.

Booking a few weeks in advance is not so good. It is arranged on the second floor. The environment is bad and the hygiene is not good. The bath towels are tattered and the bed sheets are dirty. It is close to Dongdaemun, Hongdae, Gangnam and other places are far away, especially the airport. The front desk is also arrogant. The front desk is lightning-proof.
