剛入住沒多久，上完廁所褲子都還沒穿好時，我們的房門居然在沒有任何敲門或是確認下被開啟，在沒有看到人的情況下又馬上被關上，馬上開門出去看，已經不見人影⋯⋯
有馬上向櫃檯反應狀況，但櫃檯只說沒有人去開，再次堅定且嚴肅的告知櫃檯人員，確定有人感應房卡推開了我們的房門，櫃檯人員才說應該是打掃人員誤開
不論是不是真的誤開，在開門前難道不需要先敲門確認嗎？
而且非常消極的處理態度也讓人覺得不妥⋯⋯能理解被突然開啟房門的瞬間有多驚恐嗎？也很害怕是否還會再發生或是房間內的東西是否安全嗎？

It is a hotel in a coffee shop.
Facilities: quite poor. I booked a 1.5-meter double bed. There is a door behind the bed. The window faces the equipment room. The air conditioner in the room is smelly. There is no ventilation fan in the bathroom. There is a window facing the corridor. However, toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap and hand sanitizer are not provided. There are some on the hotel booking page. The pictures and texts do not match! ! ! The sanitation is very poor. There are small bugs everywhere in the bathroom.
In short, I will never come again. I was completely deceived by the pictures and comments.

I've stayed in many hotels, but this was the worst to be honest. The bathroom was unclean, the door was broken and wouldn't close, and the air conditioner smelled terrible. I won't use this hotel again.
