Good value for money

Location: It was close to the station and convenient, but the surrounding area was a little dark. Cleanliness: There were some areas such as the corners of the room that were not well cleaned, but overall it was good. Service: The staff were very friendly. Facilities: Perhaps because we were only using the facility for short periods of time, there was a bit of noise at night.

This time I stayed in the innermost room on the 15th floor. I don't know if it was a warehouse or a staircase conversion. The door has two layers and there is an emergency exit sign on the door. The room is very large, but the quilts, pillows and sheets of the two beds are not clean and have stains. I had to ask them to clean it. After cleaning, the toilet paper and towels were not replenished. There was no soap in the bathroom. On the third day, the water pipe burst directly. The whole water flowed all over the floor and into the room. I quickly called the service staff. They didn't understand English on the phone. Two people were replaced. Later, they came up to check. Fortunately, the male service staff helped to fix it and brought new towels and toilet paper... The air conditioning in the hotel is very cold. It doesn't work even if you adjust it. The refrigerator also leaks water. Some of the hangers are broken but they are still placed. Overall, I really won't stay in this hotel again. Although it is cheap, it shouldn't be bad at the most basic things... I heard that the branch near Incheon is not like this

It is close to the subway station, and the train station and terminal are relatively close. It is a good value for money accommodation. I would like to use it again.
