ホテルの人達がみんな親切で優しいです
日本語が上手なスタッフさんもいて安心です
ルームキー無くした時の再発行も優しく対応してくださって感謝しています
エレベーターが無いことが不安でしたので、
到着時間がフロントの営業時間過ぎることを前もって連絡しましたが、メールで返事してくださいました
2階の部屋にしてくださってたので、キャリー運ぶ心配も消えました＾＾
チェックアウトの時はお兄さんが運んでくれました。
フロント前の部屋で外の声が少し聞こえやすいです。でも寝るだけなのでさほど問題ではなかったです
シャワーとトイレに扉が無いので床が濡れます、でもサンダルが置いてあるのでシャワーの前に外にサンダルを出しておくとトイレの時に足が濡れなくて済みます
(私はサンダルをトイレの奥の方に置いてましたが濡れたので)
部屋はキャリー１個がギリ広げられます
2個のキャリーは厳しいかと
できてそんなに経ってないので部屋の雰囲気は綺麗な感じがします
屋上のテラスも行ってみました
気温も良くてボーッと外眺めながら幸せな時間でした
今回母と泊まりましたが、ひとり旅の時でも安心して泊まれるホテルかなと思います

まず、スタッフの方がイケメンで親切でした。
泊まった階は5階、エレベーターはないので階段なのですが、チェックインの際は荷物を運んでくれました。
チェックアウトは自分でやらないとと運んでいたら、階段の途中でであったスタッフの方が運んで下さり、出口まであいさつに来てくれました。
ありがとうございます✨
トイレとシャワーは韓国らしい狭い構造ですが、短期滞在、1人だとそこまで気になりません。
ハンガーがなかったと思いましたが、アップした写真にありました！
こじんまりしてますが、その分親身なスタッフが揃っています。

東大門駅から近くて便利でした。
できたばかりで綺麗でしたが、ベッドの下に埃が溜まってたのが少し残念でした。
エレベーターがなく階段しかない為、たくさん買い物した後に登ってくのが大変だった。
ホテルに到着した時と帰りの時は、キャリーは持って上がって部屋に運んでくれたので良かったです。
小腹が空いたときにラーメンを選んで作れる機械があるのが良かったです。

Overall my stay was amazing despite no elevator. Staff was so nice to help you bring the luggage. The locations was great for near all the restaurants . Room was clean and quite. Highly recomended

エレベーターが無く，急な階段を上がった2階が小さなフロント。荷物はフロントの若い男性が上げ下げしてくれて親切だった。部屋は料金通り狭く、トイレとシャワーが一緒で全部ビショビショになる。立地は良い。

駅から徒歩1分程で入口からは階段になりますが、スタッフの方が運んでくださいました。
お部屋も清潔でとても居心地が良かったです！
夜に漢江式のラーメンもいただきました☺️
場所が東大門ということもあり、色々な場所に行きやすいので助かりました！
また機会があれば利用したいなと思います☺️

2025.5親子で泊まりました。
スタッフさんが全員感じが良くて親切でした。
日本語で会話してくれて安心でした。
東大門駅7番出口から近くて、コンビニ2店も近いです。
建物が新しく綺麗なので快適に過ごせました。
ただ、お部屋は狭くてキャリー2つを広げるスペースはないです。それでもすぐに狭さにも慣れて快適な３泊を過ごしました。
4階のコーヒーとラーメンが無料で食べれる共有スペースも良かったです。大きな分別のゴミ箱が置いてあり清潔に保たれていました。
エレベーターが無いので、買い物帰りは5階までの階段を登るのがきつかったですが、カロリー消費の為と思って頑張りました。
キャリーケースは行きも帰りもスタッフの方が運んでくださいました。
帰りは自分で降ろそうとしていたら、スタッフの方が気付いてすぐに駆けつけてくれました。
立地が良い、スタッフの方達が真面目な雰囲気でとても好印象、お部屋が綺麗なのでまた泊まりたいと思いました。

清潔で掃除も行き届いていました。
スタッフの方々の対応も良いです。
ただ年配の私たちにはエレベーターが無いので
少し辛かったですが、スーツケースは運んでもらえるので有り難かったです。
部屋は狭いですが、快適に過ごせました。
