근처에 일이있어 왔는데 수색역 근처에 위치해 접근성은 나쁘지 않았습니다. 체크인과 체크 아웃을 키오스크로 할 수 있어 편했습니다. 숙소는 깨끗했고 침대도 괜찮았습니다. 상암과 가까워 그 근처에 음식점들이 많아 좋았습니다. 개인적으론 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다.

I had to come to Seoul on a sudden business trip and had to find a place to stay in a hurry. I was worried because there weren't many reviews, but it was cozy and the interior was pretty, so I had a really comfortable stay! It was convenient because I could check in and check out easily using the kiosk. I want to use it again next time I'm on a business trip.

The hotel is less than five minutes' walk from Suiseok Subway Station. There are also bus stops nearby that can take you to shopping districts such as Hongdae and Myeongdong. The nearest convenience store is a five-minute walk downstairs. But please note that the trains at Shuise Station are sometimes more than fifteen minutes apart, so you need to reserve time in advance when traveling by subway. This time we stayed in a room on the third floor. It was clean overall, but perhaps because it had just been renovated, the smell of formaldehyde and paint was very strong. I started to have gum pain on the second night. On the first night, because we checked in late, there was no air-conditioning remote control in the room, so we could only open the window for ventilation. On the second night, we turned on the air-conditioning, but it didn't help much overall. I arrived an hour earlier than the check-in time, and the staff said I could check in early for 10,000 won. I was a little disappointed that they didn't provide free early check-in (after all, I stayed for four nights and only arrived an hour early). The property does not have an elevator, which is inconvenient if you carry large luggage. The water dispenser on the third floor broke down during our stay, so we had to go to the second floor to get water. The overall price-performance ratio is good, but whether it is worth recommending depends on personal opinion.

There were very few places to throw away trash, even though cleaning services were not provided. Even though there was a water server, it was broken and did not work, and there were no paper cups, so it was difficult to use. The shower was placed strangely and difficult to use. Even though there were four washing machines, all four had their washed futons left in them overnight, so they could not be used many days. They contacted me during my stay saying they wanted to inspect my room. Since they were not coming to clean the room I declined, but they contacted me again.

The subway station is about a 3-minute walk away, which is quite convenient. There is a bus stop downstairs, which is convenient for going to Hongdae business district. The decoration is new and the facilities are OK. Although the area is small, it is comfortable to live in. Good value for money. The only downside is that there is nothing to eat nearby and it takes 3 minutes to walk to a convenience store. But overall it is recommended.
