I stayed here with my friend and his family, a total of five people (3 adults and 2 children).
The kids were happy with the spacious living room.
We were able to all enjoy soaking our feet in the bathtub in the living room at night.
The entire room has underfloor heating, so it should be warm even in winter.
It was clean, and there are many convenience stores around the hotel, so it's convenient.
However, when there were several people in the shower, the drainage got clogged and water seemed to overflow from the shower booth.
Other than that it was very good, so I would like to stay here again.

I stayed here on a girls' trip!
We went as a group of two, and were upgraded from the room we had originally booked to a fairly spacious room!!!
It was clean, spacious, and very comfortable🎵
The only amenity was a toothbrush, so be careful.
The room I stayed in had a hair dryer (VS), shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, plates, cups, wine glasses, and water in the refrigerator.
The bed and sofa were neither too hard nor too soft, which was nice.
The front desk was on B2, so I was able to go in and out freely without having to go past the front desk.
I personally don't like going past the front desk every time, so that was nice.
Also, instead of having an internal line, you can communicate with the hotel staff on LINE if you need something.
The water pressure in the shower was quite weak when I used it while filling the bathtub (in the room) with hot water.
As other reviewers have said, the smell of sewage bothered me, but overall it was clean and comfortable, so I'm glad I stayed there!

No F&B outlets, no phone in room. Reception only there from 8am, but no formal checkout anyway. Enough convenient stores in the area, and restaurants across the main street. Hot water was not really consistent to fill the bath, but it was great addition for the kids. Beds comfortable, quiet and big enough for four. No real need to two tvs. Liked that the shower and toilet were separate with two sinks.
