The service was extremely poor. They clearly had a code lock for entry, but they failed to notify me in advance by email. When I arrived at the counter, no one was there. It took a long time for customer service to respond. It was terrible. I wouldn't recommend staying here. There was no elevator. The code on the door didn't work, and I couldn't lock it.

The service and facilities are pretty good!

It's nice to be able to sleep here for this price in the heart of Hongdae. The towels had a musty smell, so I had to bring my own. Other than that, everything was fine. Parking is fine if there's a spot in front, but if not, it's a problem. It's close to Tian Mimi, so it's worth the wait. Price: 5 Location: 5 Hygiene: 3 Parking: 3

I can't recommend this hotel. But I won't criticize it either. In Seoul, it's better not to skimp on a hotel. And this hotel is probably quite reasonable for its price by Korean standards. I booked it for the last night of the trip before my return flight, just to spend the night. The next day in China, we had a gorgeous large room with snow-white bedding, panoramic windows, a free pool, a gym, and a transfer for the same price. The hotel is kept clean. There is a shared kitchen where you can sit and eat. In the morning, you can make tea, coffee, toast with jam. But the rooms are tiny, pretty worn out. Shabby, stained wallpaper, not enough light. The first impression is depressing. Everything looks much more cheerful in the photo. There is a shower in the room, the water pressure is good. The toilet is shared. Personally, I would not return. But for students or very undemanding tourists, this is a normal option. By the way, there are a lot of students in the hotel.
