It was very clean, probably because it was recently built.
I was with my children, so cleanliness was my number one priority, but it was generally clean.
Overall it was spacious, and there was plenty of space to store luggage.
There was a washing machine, but it didn't have a drying function, so there was something like a steam closet, and we were able to dry our clothes using the drying function there.
The refrigerator was the same size as an average household.
There were also staff members who could speak Japanese.
I highly recommend this hotel, and I will stay here again when I go to Korea.
One drawback is that when you slide the storage door open, the TV section closes, so there is booing when the kids are watching lol
