I stayed here twice between late January and February. It is located on the 11th and 12th floors of APM place. It is located a few dozen meters from the metro exit 10. There is an elevator for residences a few meters to the left of the mall entrance. The room is like a one-room apartment, but the bathroom and toilet are spacious, and it is equipped with a kitchen, washing machine, microwave, and water server, so it has everything you would want to have while traveling. The floor heating is on inside the room, and even though it was minus 13 degrees outside and it was snowing, I was able to spend the time in short sleeves. The owner, Sunny, is kind and considerate, asking if there was anything I needed, and when I asked something I didn't understand via LINE, he answered right away. There is a convenience store, CU, next to the building, so even if I went out late at night, APM is open until late at night except on Friday and Saturday, so I felt safe because there were people around. From the window, you can look down on the cityscape of Seoul. It was very comfortable as I stayed here twice in a short period of time, so I would like to stay again next time, but I think it may become difficult to make a reservation if the reputation is good through word of mouth.
