You can use LINE to communicate with the hotel staff about things you don't understand or procedures, so even though I don't speak either English or Korean, I was able to have a comfortable stay!
The room is a little small, but it's no problem if you're just going to sleep! It's great that there's a dressing table so you can put on your makeup!
The heated floor was also warm!
It's not a room key, but a keystroke key, so you don't have to worry about losing your key! There are stairs, so it can be a challenge if you have a lot of luggage, but it's a hotel with a safe atmosphere that makes you feel like you're coming home!
The location is great, and it was comfortable to go anywhere!

The location is quite central but hard to find, but the butler can speak Chinese and come out to pick you up. The overall stay experience is good and it is a good choice whether for tourism or business trip.
