One staff member was extremely kind.
The day before I was leaving, I bought makgeolli, octopus kimchi, yogurt, etc., but the fridge attached to my room was too small to fit them in.
There was a large locked fridge and freezer in the common area, and when I asked a staff member about it, they were happy to take care of it for me.
As I was leaving early the next morning, they specially secretly told me the combination to the lock, so I was able to return to Japan safely with chilled items and frozen icepacks.
It was close to Dongdaemun Station on Lines 1 and 4, so it was very convenient in many ways.
I would definitely use it on my next trip.

The place was a little smaller than expected, but the service and amenities were good, the location is in the heart of Seoul and we were able to find a lot of eateries and convenience stores. Overall, would rate it 8.5/10.
