It was directly connected to the station (when apm place is open at night) so it was very convenient to go anywhere. The owner was very kind and explained everything to me in detail via LINE so I didn't have any problems. I could do laundry in the room and there was a water server, which was nice. The bus stop for bus 6001 to the airport was also almost in front so it was really convenient.
I would like to use it again.

部屋も綺麗でとても良かったです。管理人の方も、メッセージにてやり取りでしたが日本語が通じたので安心でした。ただ、夜は部屋の隣の方や廊下からの声が少し気になりました。

It's conveniently located in front of the station and has a commercial facility right in front of it, but the price is reasonable and it's great for tourists. The facilities are a little old, but the room has enough space to spread out your carry-on and is well-cleaned. There was a microwave, refrigerator, water server, washing machine with dryer, and induction stove (and pot) in the room. I'm happy to have a Dyson hair dryer. After adding a LINE friend, you can check in and check out by LINE, but for some reason I couldn't add a friend no matter how many times I tried, so I had to have my friend with me check in. If you have any questions, you can LINE them in Japanese and they will answer you right away, which is very convenient.
I would like to use it again when I travel to Seoul.
