The rooms are really tiny and tired, but clean. There is a construction site right outside the window, but it's bearable. The location is great.

I had a negative experience with a staff member at this hotel (the *** one) We arrived early with my two babies and were hoping to check in early. However, the staff was unhelpful and told me to cancel my reservation. When I asked for information about nearby hotels, he said he didn't know. He then asked us to leave because he wanted to close. Even can’t wait for us to find taxi with the condition whether at -2 degree . On our second day, we were asked to be quiet while eating in the cafe area, even though there was no one else around. This staff member's behavior was unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome. He is discriminating us. I urge the owner to address this issue and ensure that all guests are treated with respect.

Good location - it is just the opposite of the seoul station. You need to use the underpass to cross a busy road to reach the hotel.

Great location, comfortable bed, nice common room with tea/coffee/laundry. The room size is small but the price is reasonable. The hotel met expectations.
The nearest exit from metro number 10 is only 200 meters away. But we never found the direct transfer from the Airport train. We had to walk along the street.
