I booked an "OTT" room (it turned out to be room 105) in advance for 6 nights, advertised as "NON-SMOKING". But this is a "SMOKING" room, everything in it is saturated with nicotine, it feels like this room used to be a smoking area... I couldn't live there, while I was in the room (from 7:00 PM to 9:30 AM the next morning) all my things and hair were saturated with nicotine, by the morning I started to feel sick and had a headache. I couldn't contact anyone at the advertised phone number (I tried from 3:00 AM to 9:00 AM), there was an administrator at the hotel (she introduced herself as Altynai), she said that she "ventilated this room all day, sprayed air freshener, but the strong smell doesn't go away, maybe they'll change my room... maybe... it will be clear after 12:00 PM, but all the rooms here are like this." I contacted Trip.com, with an English-speaking operator (Russian-speaking ones work in Moscow time), they tried to negotiate a refund, at least a partial one, but... The owners of this hotel refused any refund (((despite the fact that I was deceived with a NON-smoking room (((( I left the next day at 9 am, as I wrote above, I was in a terrible state, a sleepless night and this after the check-in, for which I first came to the UK. I wanted to cry, but actually tears are still welling up from resentment. I have never encountered such greed and indifference in my 55 years... Then I realized why the owner does not care about tourists - the main guests of this hotel - a "certain" category of consumers. The owners do not care that you are from a completely different "sphere of activity". Having failed to fulfill their obligations to the client to provide a NON-smoking room, they take his money and, under the pretext of "non-refundability "deals" can not be returned at least for 5 nights that I did not spend in this room. But as soon as I checked out, this room again appeared for booking on the site for new "victims", it turns out that for 5 nights they will receive double the price. I am sure - even if a person smokes, he will not want to live in such a room, because for only 1 night spent in it, all the things and the person himself will stink like an ashtray. I am writing with one goal - take care of yourself, this hotel is worse than hell, stay away from it. I would also like to wish the owners of this hotel to do business honestly/decent. They judge the country by you. In other countries, if the service is not provided due to the fault of the providing party, the money is returned, and even with an apology!! This is called decency and responsibility!

At this price, you can stay in Seoul for 3 nights, which is a good value for money. There is a night market downstairs, and the city center is just a few 3 minutes away. We arrived at the hotel at 11:30 that night. The hotel was very considerate and wrote us a note telling us the room number we were staying in. You can go to major attractions by taking Dixin.
