Good location: 20 minutes walk to almost all attractions. 4 minutes to Myeongdong Street. The hotel is on a mountain, only one way from the hotel is not very convenient (severe slope). Single rooms have a view of the village tower from the window. The lifts to the tower are not far away. There is a building nearby where you can buy tickets. The room is quite compact. The furniture is low. There was no cleaning for 4 days. The corridor, kitchen and elevator were not cleaned. Stains in the elevator were still there, a lot of hair in the common areas. You need to take the garbage out to the corridor yourself. Also, you need to change the towels yourself. The towels are small. The room was very hot in the sun, I had to open the windows. On the penultimate day, I found drawers under the bed. The neighbors were quite quiet, but in the evening you can hear new arrivals. You can also hear noise from the street, but it did not bother me. I did not use earplugs. The building has an elevator from the second floor. It is more convenient to go directly into it from the street. The girl at the reception told and showed everything when we checked in. For those who arrive late, they hang envelopes on the board. Read the instructions carefully. All the declared consumables were in the room. True, the refrigerator turned out to be very small. But you can use the large refrigerator in the kitchen.

It was very comfortable

During this trip to Seoul, the hostel in Myeongdong gave me a big surprise! The location is great, right outside the bustling Myeongdong, and shopping and dining are super convenient. The room is not big but clean and cozy, with complete facilities. The boss is warm and hospitable, and he answers all questions and provides super practical travel suggestions. Next time I come to Seoul, I will definitely choose this place again, and I sincerely recommend it to everyone!

When I checked in, there was no one at the reception desk, so I waited about 10 minutes before I saw someone there. I didn't use the reception this time, but I felt a little scared because there was no one there even though my luggage was at the reception desk. The room was automatically locked. You need a password to enter the hotel outside of business hours, but I wasn't told and had to ask someone else to tell me. The toilet and shower were in the same room, and the door was half open. I wish they could improve it a little. In my opinion, I think it's a guesthouse worth the price, considering the distance from the hotel to the station and the reasonable price.
