I booked a room with bunk beds for a family trip, but on the day, I received an email from the hotel saying, "We will change it to two single rooms!" I don't know if it was a service, but since we were a family, it was fine for us to stay in the same room, but since this hotel uses mobile check-in, there was no staff at the front desk, so I couldn't ask. I found out later that the staff member was a middle-aged man in casual clothes who didn't seem to fit the atmosphere of the hotel. You could hear the conversations in the room from the hallway. Overall, I don't think I'll come back.
