Overall, the facilities are outdated and the cleanliness is poor, making it difficult to visit again.

The hygiene management is very poor (the toilet was not cleaned) and I applied for cleaning the next day. I didn't say I didn't want to clean. There is a sign in the elevator that says no smoking, but the management is not good. Sometimes there is a smell of cigarettes.

I booked this hotel for a concert, and overall it was very good. From the positive points, it was about 20 seconds from the nearest station, and there were many people and shops, so I didn't have to worry about the security and felt safe. I can only speak simple Korean, but the front desk staff was kind enough to use a translator, and although the check-in time was 11pm, I arrived early so I was able to check in at 7pm. I was alone, but the bed was about the size of a double bed, the TV was over 60 inches, and I was able to watch Netflix and YouTube. The window was on the side where you could see the main street, so the view was good. There were no problems with the air conditioning. After checking out, I asked for a taxi, and they were kind enough to tell me to relax at the front desk until the taxi arrived, and even carried my suitcase when I got in, which I was very grateful for. The only negative thing is that the front desk smelled strongly of perfume, which may be a bit of a problem for those with sensitive noses. The floor of the shower room was also a bit wet, but since we checked in early, I think that can't be helped. Also, I wanted to leave my luggage before checking in, but I had to put it in what appeared to be a private room right in front of the front desk, which didn't even have a lock. I was told not to leave any valuables there, so I only left my suitcase there, but I was a bit worried because there were other people's luggage there and anyone could steal it. However, it was only a single train ride from the closest place to the hotel to the closest place to the venue, so it was easy to get around, which was most helpful.

It was a good location to go to Lotte World and Lotte Tower, and the parking was convenient and friendly! It was clean and the view was good~ It was a fun trip!

I think it was just a nice place to sleep once. The room structure and brightness were good, but the bedding and bathroom cleanliness were very disappointing. ㅜㅜ
