Hotel Naru Seoul - MGallery Collection

We stayed in a river view, spacious king size bed - room. Its a newer hotel in Seoul with a good location and great connection to other parts of the City through metroline 5. The interior is modern, the view from our room as well as from the restaurant on 22nd floor was really nice. All in all it is a good tourist hotel, but has not the comfort and service we'd expect (and payed for) for a 5star hotel. They regulate the breakfast time on weekends through two time slots, guest have to finish after 1.5hours and must free their table. The access to the pool area is also restricted - we could not understand why in the middle of the day (between 11am-1pm) the pool needed to be cleaned and guests are not allowed to spend time there. At the bar you'll only get the first row table (with the full view) if you purchase a certain drink package or whole bottle. All of those points does not speak for a well managed 5 Star hotel. We left kind of disappointed.
