I had a great experience staying at Wow Hills Guesthouse! Ms. Jin, the owner of the guesthouse, is very kind and can speak English. Free breakfast like fresh milk,bread, cereal, coffee and noodles. No need to buy drinking water as the owner provides it too. Free laundry , all you need to do is to operate the washing machines( they have big and small) because it is written in Korean characters. You can hang your clothes at the rooftop. It provides face towel, shampoo, conditioner and body wash and even toothpaste. And also hairdryer. Just bring your toothbrush , and your personal toiletries if you want. Location wise, it is near to Hongik University ( line 2, exit 9). Downhill, there are bus stations too. Just my personal advice, don't bring big or many luggages because it is kinda steep going up the guesthouse unless you ride a taxi. Use proper footwear! The guesthouse is very clean and the price is reasonable!💖💐☺️

The bed was super comfy, and the facilities were clean and nice. The staff is super nice too. Awesome location. The only downside to this hostel is that they do not provide any lock boxes to secure your valuables, but you can always leave things behind the front desk!

*Good points: 1. I lost the piece of paper with the password written on it, so I called and they responded kindly and sent me a text message right away, so I was able to enter the room. 2. The heating in the room was so hot that I was sweating. The point was that we were tired because we had been walking all day, but thanks to this, the fatigue went away quickly. Also, it was convenient because if I washed the simple underwear and handkerchief and hung them up, they would dry quickly and I could wear them the next day. 3. Simple toast and orange juice were provided for free for breakfast, which was nice because it was light on the stomach and easy to prepare. 4. The staff are really friendly. Inquiries are answered quickly and kindly. 5. The location is in downtown Hongdae, so you can walk to most places. 6. Although it is a shared restroom and shower room, it is really clean. It was convenient to be able to use it right away as the time zone did not overlap with other people than expected. 7. The price is really cheap, so I think I will use it next time I go to Hongdae. *Disappointing points: 1. It is located near Hongdae bars and clubs, so it is really noisy at night and early in the morning. However, the intensity of the noise varies depending on which room you are assigned to. I was assigned room 404, but I couldn't hear the noise very well. Just an ASMR feeling? However, the bathroom is really noisy, so if you are assigned a room near that area, a light sleeper may not be able to sleep well. 2. I slept soundly because it was dark, but my friend who went with me said she couldn't sleep because the room next door was talking all night and even swearing in the early morning. A woman who couldn't stand it because she washed noisily even in the morning got very angry and asked me what kind of rascal...; 3. I don't know if the men and women slept together or if they just hung out together and went to their own rooms to sleep, but a man and a woman were talking noisily in the next room all night... But it was a bit disappointing that there was no separate manager after 6 o'clock, so this part could not be controlled.

As an accommodation, it is really a good choice. As a place to rest, you shouldn’t miss this place because there are many food and fruits. The host is also nice. Good facilities, reasonable price and eco friendly are the best qualities of the guest house. I’m happy to have a nice experience with L3 guest house in Seoul

My friend and I recently spent two weeks at Mamas & Papas Hongdae Guesthouse and Apartments. While the location is fantastic close to vibrant cafes and shopping and the property is clean, our experience didn’t match what we saw online. The amenities were lacking; the promised breakfast was minimal and the Wi-Fi was often slow. Additionally, while the staff were friendly, they seemed stretched thin and were not always available to assist with issues such as my laundry and WiFi. Overall, Mamas & Papas has potential, but it fell short in service and amenities during our stay.

we had a very nice experience staying in Mercure, the location is good, just 3 minute walk from subway station, the room is clean and quiet and cozy, the staff are friendly and they speak English well, we highly recommend this hotel to everyone who like to travel in Seoul.

The place is good to go somewhere But only for shopping and sleep If you want to heat some food,or some other drinks They don’t have microwave and the fridge space is too small Shower room is too small that I can’t put the clothes But the ppl is really friendly for service

Location is convenient & good. Lobby is very small but staff was nice. However, in the room, not each switch has electricity supply. Toilet was not completely clean & the last day the toilet flush switch was out of control ! The biggest problem was that at 1st day night, when I back to my room(I was very tried at that moment), I wrongly went to the room which next to mine, I found my mistake after I opened the door. Yes oh my god !!! I can use my room card open the other room (the room owner was not in the room but I'm so sorry！). I report to the staff but don't know the reason...and then my room door was not easy to open, need to push & pull several times. It was terrible experience since it is the problem of safety & security. Wish can be solved.

The location is really good, nearby a lot of CVS, cafes and restaurants. Short walk to Hongdae Street. The hotel has common kitchen, gym, and common work place which was kinda cool. It was a little hard to find out where to check in, and even messaging them via trip.com there was no reply. Had to ask for a local for help to locate the checkin place, and he called the number and no one picked up. Eventually spotted a not very obvious standee on the right of the escalator that writes Checkin B1. Checkin staff was pretty friendly, and was fast. Can choose to use their kiosk to check in as well, and checkout can just return the card via the kiosk. Space in the room is really limited, but can fit 2 mid size luggage. There’s automated toilet bowl with seat warming function. The shower area is a bathtub. Cleanliness wise not the best cause there’s stains on the bedding and curtains, tho toilet is rather clean. The walls are a little thin, can easily hear outside movements and from room beside. I think it’s a good stay, but cleanliness can be improved.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Not only is it in the middle of vibrant Sinchon and hongdae (bar/ shopping/ student area), but the facilities were really clean and the staff spoke English, Chinese and Korean and also they had free laundry services. The dryer did take almost two hours to dry my clothes but it didn’t shrink them so win. Everyone was really kind and it was easy to find but be careful not to confuse it with the other 24 guesthouse; this one is Sinchon Avenue.
