3-Star Hotels in Seogwipo

I got in around midnight but there was a very easy and convenient check in kiosk, which I had never seen before in any hotel. The room was clean with great smelling toiletries and a very cozy bed, it also had a great view. There is a 7/11 connected to the hotel which stays open until midnight and it’s also walking distance from a big market. I would recommend this hotel and be glad to stay again.

A few things to update from the most recent review: the 7-11 next door is gone/being renovated; you cannot cook inside of your room even though it has a burner, etc. and not all rooms have a washing machine (photos a bit misleading). However, there is a laundry machine available for use, you just need your own detergent. Very friendly and helpful staff. The cook-your-own breakfast was a great deal for us as a family. The roof top is amazing, 360 views of the sea and mountains, truly stunning.

A very cost-effective hotel. The room has three beds. There is a restaurant nearby (충남식당?) with very good value for money. There are several convenience stores around, which also sell bento and instant noodles. It was very fun to take the kids to experience diving and sea fishing. Walk downstairs of BK Hotel and walk to the right for 1 minute. You can see the diving shop PADA Diving Festival across the road. Boss Jin is fluent in four languages ​​- Chinese, English, Japanese and Korean. You can find Boss Jin for sea fishing and he can help you make an appointment. The sea fishing experience is absolutely worth it.

Living here with my boyfriend feels good overall. The downstairs is more prosperous. After traveling, you can go shopping downstairs and eat something delicious. A place worth staying. Will come next time

The staff let me check in early, which is always nice. The ocean view room was great. The AC is right above the bed - great for temperature, but it has a big glowing light all night, and made some odd sounds throughout the night. All in all a really pleasant stay though.

Grand Family Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Perfect location close to many restaurants, shops and Seogwipo Olle market. Very useful to have a washing machine + drying rack. Great stay!

This hotel was an old mess. The room stank like a sewer, there was hair and flakes of who knows what in the bed. The bed was an old box spring without a mattress, and even that was lumpy. There was no soundproofing at all, and every vehicle that passed on the road made the room shudder, never mind the banging and slamming of doors and toilet seats from every other room. there were a few random spot lights in the ceiling, and no light in the vanity area by the sink at all. all power outlets were so old, a plug wouldnt stay in any of them without tying up a cord to a chair, etc to hold the plug in the socket. there was no nightstand/bedside table, so I put my phone on a chair. luckily I had an IR remote app in my mobile phone so I was able to turn on the A/C heat unit , as there was no remote or wall panel to control it. positives: the shower worked and the guy at the front desk was helpful in broken English. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

The location is very near seogwipo olle maeil market where you can eat to the fullest. The room is super clean and spacious. There is a bath tub for twin room! The front desk are very friendly and helpful. The sky park is the best to enjoy our breakfast ramyeon from CU at level 1! 😍

I made a reservation with the intention of going to Hallasan Mountain, but unfortunately I couldn't climb it due to the weather. Because it has a specific course and good accessibility, I would like to recommend it if you plan to climb Hallasan Mountain and visit nearby Jungmun or Seogwipo. If you have a car and are diligent, I think you can visit Hallasan Mountain, Jungmun, and Seogwipo in just one day. Although it is far from the city center, there is a restaurant nearby where you can eat black pork and steamed shrimp, as well as a convenience store and simple cooking facilities, so it is okay. I don't know if it was because I visited on a weekday during the off-season, but I remember the quiet and peaceful feeling and the small, compact but neat view. If you come when the pool opens, the weather will be brighter and greener. I'm not sure how much of a difference it will be during peak season, but I felt the accommodation prices were very reasonable. There's even a spa! If you have a car and are planning a trip to Hallasan, Jungmun, and Seogwipo, I would recommend it for a day or multiple nights!

The location seems far but actually a walking distance to the city centre that only cost 4800 won to grab a taxi. After going to city centre, using scooter back to hotel makes a comfort journey. The room was clean and all basic supplies are provided. Not a luxurious hotel but price-worth to try. There's also free Korean dressing service and the concierge was nice.
