Com and bank has deducted the full amount yet upon check-in the hotel has to ask for full payment resorting me to make TWOCE the transaction for the rate of x1 night x1 room for x1 pax. Trip .com sort it out and kindly expedite the refund process . Nonetheless I highly recommend for all travellers alike looking for a gd stay conveniently located in the airport terminal. Efficient.

Wonderful family owned family owned and run. The level of hospitality afforded to my family was certainly above and beyond. There was a genuine care factor that I was unable to fault. Heading out, don't worry about a taxi, we will drive you. How was the complimentary breakfast. It should be said that the rooms are quite small, however the cleanliness of the property could not be faulted. I would recommend N Gate to all as a great introduction to the Japanese people.
