The hotel staff, cleaning staff, and the staff at the Royal Host where we had breakfast were all very friendly and made for a comfortable stay. Thank you very much. I would like to use this hotel again when I go sightseeing in Sendai. The only thing I regret is that the izakaya across from the hotel, which looked like a nice place, was full and I couldn't get in. Lol
