Hotel GrandBach Sendai

The accommodation experience at the Baha Hotel in Sendai with artistic temperament is really comfortable, clean and has no shortcomings👍👍Free food and drinks are very sincere and the restaurant has a good environment. The hotel is not far from the east exit of Sendai Station. There is a 7-11 downstairs for shopping. Will definitely come again next time🫰💜

I felt that the hotel prioritized creating a cool atmosphere and neglected convenience. ① The hotel sign was very small and did not say "hotel", so at first glance it looked smart and did not look like a hotel, but I thought that some people might get lost at the entrance. ② The large public bath had very small notices, even though most of the users were foreigners, and the notices were in a place where they were not easily noticed, so I felt that the warnings were not very thorough. I have been to many public baths, but with the increase in inbound tourists, most of the baths have surprisingly large notices recently, so it is rare to see a bath with such a simple notice at this time of year, and I felt that the warnings were not thorough enough, so it would not be surprising if there were complaints about the manners of foreigners. ③ This is something that I actually found unpleasant, but in the lounge next to the front desk, where you can get a welcome drink, there was a live flute performance in the evening, which was very nice and I wanted to sit in a chair and listen to it, but an elderly Asian woman was enthusiastically taking a video of the performance on her cell phone in the seat behind me, and I wanted to sit in the empty seat in front, but it was difficult to sit, so I gave up and went back to the room. I think it would be good to have some kind of warning about the etiquette of taking photos during the performance so as not to disturb other customers. Also, the view looks nice in the photos, but the view was not so good because there was an office building right in front of it. The front desk is small compared to the size of the hotel, and is always very crowded. The lighting and carpet in the room were dark, and the overall atmosphere was too dark and unsettling.
