We never opt for room cleaning but they have automatic place clean towels outside our door . Service is good and staff are friendly .

Not so bad not so good on this price

It’s not very near to any subway but walking distance to bus stop. Overall hotel room is ok except room abit small . Service is good also .

Room is wide, bed is big, everything is clean but toilet is small and little space to move inside.

The hotel is quite old. There is a parking lot but not much. Next to it is a parking lot and a convenience store. It is near a park and Jozenji Street. There are many restaurants on this street. The room is small and narrow, but you can open your bag. The bathroom is very narrow. Big people may feel uncomfortable. The staff is good, cute, and very willing to provide service. Especially the uncle is very helpful.

I've stayed in many hotels and inns, but this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. First of all, there were five hairs in the unit bath. One under the sink, one under the toilet armpit, two in the corner of the bathtub, and one in the opposite corner! I told the front desk that there were hairs when I went to check the smoking area🚬 and to pick up my forgotten items in the parking lot. The mirror on the dress and desk was covered in dust and was dirty, so I wiped it with my own alcohol sheet so I could see myself in the mirror. It was the first time I'd ever seen a dirty mirror until it was covered in dust. When I removed the foot of the bed making, the comforter was quite dirty in two places. I thought it was fine because it was new, so I tried to go to sleep, but I was still worried and ended up staying all night. There was an air purifier, but there was only one outlet, so I couldn't do anything else, so I charged it with my own mobile battery. There was only one outlet for the air purifier, so it didn't reach the pillow. When I wanted to use a hair dryer, I had to remove the air purifier and use it, which was difficult. The pot had a brown rim and I didn't know if it had been left alone for a while or hadn't been cleaned, so I stopped using it. I wanted hot water so I tried to borrow the room next door, but the one there was an old type and even when the water boiled, it didn't work.

It takes 13-5 minutes to walk from the nearest subway station, Kotodai Park Station, through a residential area. It takes 23-5 minutes from Sendai Station, but it's fun and bright with various shops and buildings, so I chose this route. I took a taxi from Sendai Station late at night and it cost about 1,400 yen. The room was clean and spacious, and it was enough for three people to spread out their suitcases. The bathroom is the type where the toilet and bath are combined. The bathtub is small enough to sit on the floor, but it's nice in winter. There is only rinse-in shampoo and body soap, so it's better to bring your own treatment. You can get the amenities you need at the front desk. The pile yukata (knee-length) was helpful. The front desk staff were also kind and showed me how to get on the shuttle bus. I would like to use it again next time. Thank you.

The room is compact, clean and comfortable, with complete facilities and good service. When I checked in at night, the front desk clerk spoke Chinese and was fluent in conversation. He also provided guidance on the travel route and wrote a detailed note on how to take the bus, which was very heartwarming.

It is very convenient to take a bus from Sendai Station. The hotel service attitude is very good, the facilities are a little old, but the overall feeling is great.

It was a unit bath, but it lacked cleanliness. There was mold on the bathroom walls, and the shower curtain in particular smelled bad. That was the only concern. Towels were basically changed every day, which was helpful.

It's close to work. The accommodation has a microwave and a coin-operated laundry. The room is not very big. It's comfortable for one person, but it might be a bit cramped if there are two of you.

I felt it would be better if the bathroom and other areas were cleaned a little better.

I used it to take an exam. Free coffee at the front desk was great for coffee lovers.

I contacted them because I thought I would be a little late for check-in, but they were happy to accommodate.
