とても素敵な滞在となりました。
チェックインから、心配りのある対応をして頂きました。
清潔で居心地のいいお部屋でした。
貸切露天風呂は空いていればいつでも入れて、今まで入った露天風呂の中で最高の景色で、貸切だった事もあり、とってもリラックスできました。夜と朝の2回も入っちゃいました。

お食事の素晴らしさです。
おもてなしの仕方が、一流なんです。お味はもちろんですが、器が美しく、テーブルに着いた時から最後までたくさん感動しました。
朝ご飯はそれほど期待していなかったのですが、それが又凄いんです。器を下げたりして下さる方達もとても良くしてくださってとっても良かったです。
送迎バスも充分新幹線に間に合うように行ってくださって感謝しています。

Great stay in a very quiet area
The staff were super nice and made for a very good trip. We had older people with us who had trouble with all the little steps in the rooms and bathing areas but overall we had an excellent experience. The third floor private bath was broken so we could not see what it was like.

食事、客室、スタッフの対応ともよかったです。ただ、外装が汚れて剥がれ落ちるなど、せっかくの旅気分が台無しです。見た目も大事ですので、もう少し綺麗に維持してほしかったです。
