The service attitude is good. Although they don't understand English, they are very patient and find ways to make you understand. The large bath is electric bath, bubble valley, outdoor hot spring is average, and one night and two meals are also average.

All the staff were friendly and I had a fun time. I was surprised at how delicious the rice was both in the morning and evening, and was impressed that it was made from Akita rice. I'm sure they're good at cooking it. However, I thought it would be great if the inn was located on the street, facing a little closer to the mountains or with more greenery. I'd like to stay here again.

It was great except for the bugs in the room.

A public bathhouse with an open-air bath loved by Kakunodate residents and a meeting place, the view outside the room window was truly picturesque. Dinner included kiritanpo, sashimi, grilled fish, and fried fish, and breakfast was a simple buffet. The only downside was that there were no washing machines.
