We did not expect such a small private property of hotel with this cheap price can provide so lovely and clean room , room is super clean , not very big but enough for 2 person and with all basic equipment that u need , simple breakfast and helpful staff , everything is good , will come back again if have chance .

The room was very clean and tidy, with hot water. There was also a laundry room which was very convenient. The location was very good, very close to the tourist pier, which made it very convenient for us to island hop in the morning and come back. The boss was very nice. I forgot my bag at the hotel, and the boss helped arrange a driver to bring it back. Highly recommended!

Sea Star Perfect resort. Perfect location. Perfect staff. Wonderful owner, ERIC, who has great PR 👍🏻. Staff is respectful and friendly. I cannot ask for more. Highly recommend Sea Star Resort. We bought a 3D2N Sea Star Resort package. It included a return transfer by van from Tawau Airport to Semporna boat jetty which took almost 1.5h, a 10-minute boat ride to Sea Star Resort, a whole day of island hopping and snorkelling, all meals (breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner 👍🏻), free usage of inflatables, transparent paddle boat and snorkelling gear and unlimited supply of drinking water. The room is very clean and spacious- had a king size bed plus a day bed. Bath area was spacious and attractive. Really love this place very much. Look at the video I have attached! Air conditioned, good internet connection and extended balcony. Food is local buffet style. We enjoyed all our meals there. You will get an assortment of dishes. For dinner, you get good large prawns 🍤 and fish👍🏻. Tea is special- besides 2-3 types if local cakes, you get an endless supply of banana fritters which are very addictive 👍🏻 The sea water around the resort and beyond is crystal clear. You can always see the marine creatures in the water. From 4pm, use of inflatables, transparent paddle boat and snorkelling gear are supervised. It was my first time to stay in a water house. I thought it was perfect. It was newly built and very comfortable. It was exactly what I wanted. The service staff were very shy and friendly. I was also very satisfied with the dinner. I woke up early in the morning and watched the sunrise. It was amazing. Looking forward to Anmei. When I went out for a walk at night, I could see many starfish and fish coming out, and small fish could also be seen in the room. It rained heavily when I fell asleep very late that night. The roof was made of iron sheets, and the sound of rain amplified. Many times, when it is windy and rainy, I will be a little scared and dare not sleep. At other times, it is perfect. I will choose the water house next time I come.

It is a water villa specially designed for mainland Chinese tourists. Foreigners are discouraged. View is perfect for pool villa. 3 meals+ afternoon tea are included. You can only reach the villa by boat at their scheduled timing. You will be charged extra for rescheduling boat even if it is due to flight delay. The steps to the sea is very slippery, I have slipped down almost everytime. The swimming pool is filled with moss. The bathtub has hair & dust in it. No housekeeping unless you ask. There is no TV, Wifi & Fridge. Overall, just for views it is worth it.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sky Water Villa in Semporna. The villa is beautifully designed and impeccably clean. The king sized bed was comfortable, ensuring restful nights under the stars. One of the highlights of the stay was the all-inclusive buffet dining, breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. The afternoon tea with snacks was a lovely touch, providing a perfect mid day treat after our island hopping and snorkeling or hiking. Free wifi available at the restaurant and lobby area. The staff were exceptional, friendly and accomodating. A standout feature was the free use of snorkeling equipment and life jackets. Although the area around the villa does not feature coral reefs, the sand bank during low tide is a unique experience. It's a perfect spot for a leisurely walk and to observe the stunning starfish scattered across the shallow water. During snorkeling, we also spotted some sea turtles, some colourful fish and even swordfish. The reef is only near the jetty area which is very deep and has strong current. We had a relaxing and wonderful time living over the ocean with a touch of adventure. Highly recommended!

In fact, water houses should be the yearning and dream of many people. There are various water houses in many countries around the world, but the one that is closer to China and has great water and scenery is probably Semporna. In the early years, everyone would say to go to Sabah, but now it is Semporna. Before going, I chose many water houses and read a lot of guides. Finally, I chose Lelebang Resort. After arriving, I found that it was absolutely worth the money. First of all, in terms of service, there will be Chinese butlers on the island, so you won’t worry about language barriers. The butlers are always in a position where you can find them at any time. The black people on the island are also very simple and will take care of you when they see you, making you feel very safe The environment on the island is even more amazing. This island has only been open for 9 months, so all the facilities are very new. There is a double bed, a single bed, and a double sofa in the room. This is the standard equipment of each room. The two lounge chairs on the balcony are particularly comfortable and leisurely Your room fee covers all your consumption since you arrive on the island, including three meals a day and afternoon tea. Of course, if you want to drink some cold beer or drinks, you have to pay for it yourself But it is very cheap and affordable. The island will go snorkeling twice a day in the morning and afternoon. It doesn’t matter if you can’t swim. There will be two black guys on the boat to escort you. In general, it may not be as large as a large mature resort, but it is very quiet. There are only six rooms at present. The private space is very good and worth exploring and checking in.

Crystal Water House, sitting on the charming jelly sea, has a clean and hygienic environment. The water house rooms are beautifully decorated, and the blue sea and sky can be seen through the windows, making people feel like they are in a dream world. Here, you can also snorkel for free and experience the beauty of the underwater world. The owner of the water house is hospitable and attentive, and will also provide professional snorkeling guidance. Although my partner and I were injured during the trip because we are not good at water, the owner of the water house thoughtfully bandaged our wounds and treated them properly. All in all, this is a very good place worth recommending. The Crystal Water Villa in Semporna, Malaysia, boasts a charming jelly sea, a clean and hygienic environment. The villa's rooms are beautifully decorated, and the windows overlook the blue sea and sky, making people feel as if they are in a dream world. Here, you can also enjoy free snorkeling and experience the wonders of the underwater world. The villa owner is warm and hospitable, providing attentive service and professional snorkeling guidance. Although my partner and I were injured due to our lack of proficiency in swimming during the trip, the villa owner kindly bandaged our wounds and handled them properly. In short, this is a great place worth recommending.

Love the location, the service and EVERYTHING!! The hosts were nice and provide complete transportation for pick-up and returens to the airport. The workers are helpful and will try to communicate with you in English or Mandarin. In the resort, we did fishing, snorkeling and kayaking. We were lucky see marine life such as jelly fish, lion fish, sea turtles, coral reefs, and other underwater features around the island. We are definetly going to visit the resort again someday. Thank you dear hosts and workers for giving us a memorable trip.

Kapalai has amazing view and the white sand with crystal clear water is just very attractive. The rooms is nice but can be better in sealing the gap or holes to contain aircond in room. I feel like we are wasting the energy. The bed room is very big but there ar many empty space which can do better interior design to make it looks more luxury and home feeling. The check in process is quite slow and the information is not fully given or accurate. I remember the guy who brief us name Izzam, he did asked our flight time and departure time from the hotel back to Sempurna. And he even told us that our departure time should be 11.30am since our flight is 16.10pm. But the next day when we approach the reception to double check again. The receptionist told us that day was only 1.30pm departure. No one told them 11.30pm has any departure. And then we tried to tell them all details and some hassle happend. Fortunately they manage to arrange boat for us to depart on 11.30pm. If not we are going to missed our flight. So, to all who wanted to stay in Kapalai pls double check with the reception for ur departure time. Other than this small incident the trip was fun... Will be back again.
