The room layout was also good, but the room we were assigned happened to have a bird's nest next to it. There were a lot of birds chirping at night. Nice and clean hotel suitable for tourists as well as business travelers. Hotel is conveniently located within a 1-1.5km away from Semporna city center and right opposite McDonald’s outlet. Restaurants can be found within walking distance from hotel.
Room is spacious and has windows. Room rate includes breakfast and free parking right in front of the lobby. Water pressure is really good both at the sink and the hot water shower. Room is equipped with both fan as well as air con. Perhaps what can be improved further is to provide guests with good access to cable TV channels or YouTube. Currently there is only one channel from the national TV available which makes the TV redundant and useless
