I stayed for two nights, the room is rather small with outdated facilities which are common throughout hotels in northern part of Borneo.
The hotel is clean and facilities are sufficient as the typical hotel in Semporna is rather basic.
The location is ideal only 10min walk to the front pier, with a 24/7 mcdonald located just across the road!
All in all recommend it for a short stay!

The hotel is about one kilometer away from the center of the city, and McDonald's is across the road. There is a smell in the corridor, but the room is ok and relatively quiet. The breakfast looks good and tastes good.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
It is so expensive, I don't know how the good reviews are posted.
I stayed at Yongda first and then stayed here.
It is so different.
First of all, the location is very remote. I have to take a taxi every time I go to Ocean Center.
It is also difficult to get one during peak hours.
Not to mention the facilities. The towels are all black. You say they haven't washed them, but they have washed them and they are still black.
They are thin, and the room is not cleaned, and the towels are not changed.
The towels were changed only after I told the front desk.
Don't mention the service attitude. When I checked in, two local Malays were talking and laughing. It took a long time to check in. This kind of hotel is just making money from Chinese people.

It's about a 15-minute walk from the market. The breakfast food was not enough. The hotel was generally clean and the room was comfortable. However, the screen door in the bathroom easily leaked out when taking a shower, and the faucet was very loose. Easily damaged.
