You can't wear shoes when you enter the house. Everyone must go barefoot into the room, hall, corridor, bathroom and kitchen... The faucets of 2 wash basins in the 3 public bathrooms are broken. i had problem during my check in process where they can't find my booking and the room was occupied by other visitors. i booked 4 months in advance but still they missed my book. and at first they cant help me out, and ask me to make a phone call to that trip.com. i was so disappointed at that time because is late at night, and i already paid for it in advance. But luckily one of the staff offered me to stay in another kind of room without any extra charges.
