First of all, when we booked the hotel, we booked a deluxe room in order to have a better environment, but we didn’t expect that the deluxe room and executive deluxe room were the last ones available. The room's window locks were rickety. On the first night when we checked in, suddenly a woman, who looked like a staff member, wearing a sign and a headscarf, swiped the room card and opened our door without knocking. Fortunately, we had installed an anti-theft lock. I chased him out and asked him what he was doing, but he stammered and couldn't say a word. We called the front desk and they said they would come up to check it out, but they never came up and didn't explain the whole thing to us at all.
