I am a travel expert who has traveled around China and the world many times to Semporna. I booked this hotel, which is not a standard three-no store, and the homestay and inn are not up to standard. It is said to be very good on the Internet, but it is a mess. The walls are covered with paint, the air conditioner is broken, and the few rooms I changed are broken. There are no facilities in the room. It is simply a scam. Doing business requires sincerity. I didn't want to stay at the time and asked for a refund from the bad merchant. The store refused to refund because I am a diamond card customer of Ctrip.com. Ctrip.com has prepared to compensate me for all my losses. I hope this store will close soon.
