Lobby & Elevator: - The lobby floor was covered in dirt and debris, particularly in the corners, as if it hadn’t been swept in days. - The elevator was a hygiene disaster: thick dust coated the walls, the carpet inside had a large, unsightly water stain, and the air felt damp and musty.
