This hotel is terrible. I suggest you avoid it. The price-performance ratio is too low. I thought the service of such an expensive hotel should be good, but I was so disappointed. The service was terrible. They just ignored me when I asked them. Also, I couldn't get a taxi after checking out. I asked them to help me get a taxi, but they charged me 20 MYR. I took a taxi and it only cost 7 MYR. Everything inside is expensive, and you have to pay. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It's just for ripping off customers. I'll never come back after staying here once. The experience is terrible! ! ! ! ! ! It affected our family's mood for traveling! ! ! !
