Sanitary conditions: The hotel clearly states that it will only clean once every three days and replace toiletries and towels, and the cleaning light needs to be turned on to remind the room service staff. When we checked in, there were urine stains on the toilet in the room, which was not wiped clean. The amount of toothpaste that comes with the disposable toothbrush in the room can barely be brushed twice. For those who need to brush their teeth in the morning and evening, you have to ask the waiter for more. 3. Service conditions: There is no drinking water in the room. There is a direct drinking water machine at the elevator on each floor, and you need to take a cup to get water. There is a dehydrator at the elevator, which can be used to dehydrate swimsuits, which is very convenient. The elevator is a very traditional elevator, which runs slowly and sometimes needs to wait for a few minutes. The room is not soundproofed well, and the sound of walking and talking in the corridor and next door will be very obvious. Breakfast basically only has instant noodles and sandwiches to choose from, which is very simple. 4. Front desk service: When we check in, we need to pay 100RM in cash as a deposit, and only one room card is provided for one room (this card is also a power card. The room is small but clean and warm. The owner and staff are very good at service. Any problems are solved in time. It is a great stay experience.
