This hotel is excellent. It was our second visit in two years. Very convenient location; helpful staff, comfortable rooms, and delicious restaurant. Alessandro, the restaurant manager, is excellent and the food is top-notch! We came with a ski group of 44 people and they accommodated us beautifully without any problems or complaints from our skiers. Highly recommend Hotel Antares in Selva.

I have just returned from the best holiday in the snow I have ever had. Hotel Antares is a fabulous place to stay, with friendly and professional staff who work tirelessly to ensure that you have a fantastic stay. The restaurant staff were brilliant and extremely helpful. The 5 course menu was always delicious and staff were happy to accommodate you, with a variety of options if the menu wasn't to your taste. Nothing was too much for them. Breakfast was great too with a wide selection to choose from. After a days skiing or walking, hot soup, bread, a selection of meats and cake greet you in the bar, which is a warm welcome after being out in the cold. In the reception area, is a welcoming fire that I found to be a lovely place to sit and read a book. The spa and pool were great places to unwind. Outside of the bar area was a gorgeous fire pit surrounded by Christmas trees, it was magical. There are supermarkets very close by, along with a chemist and nice little gift shops. I definitely hope to return next winter, I loved every minute of my stay. Would definitely recommend a Winter break here in the beautiful Dolomites. Just WOW!

We stayed in this hotel July last week , it was an amazing experience. Their staff was so helpful made hotel room ready before check in time . They exchange emails on lot of questions before arrival. Their facility is really great , they have amazing breakfast buffet that has all healthy and bakery options. We had cold pressed juce with carrots, apple and zucchini and ginger. Their coffee was best. Their eggs, bread, pastries and cakes everything was so good. We really enjoyed our stay with amazing views. I really want to come back to this hotel again.

We stayed at the Antares as a family of four with two teenagers. We booked as a package via Inghams. The location is great for access to the ski lifts and also the local town centre amenities. This is a great base if you plan to do the Sella Ronda circuit. We stayed in two classic rooms which were large and comfortable. Everything was kept immaculately clean. The bedrooms and dining room were fairly traditionally styled but the rest of the hotel had a more modern feel. We were on a half board basis and the food was delicious and plentiful. We have one vegetarian which was no problem and there was always an option for each of the five courses. Every member of staff we had contact with was helpful and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble. There's a lovely cosy bar area for evenings. Also an apres ski buffet in the afternoons which we didn't go to but is a nice touch. We only went to the pool area once as it had to be pre-booked. It's a nice area for relaxing at the end of the day. We didn't use the spa. All in all, the Antares is a great location for a ski holiday and definitely one to recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at hotel Antares over Christmas which we booked through Inghams. Our room was one that has recently been refurbished, beautiful decor and lovely and warm. The hotel is situated a very short walk from Ciampioni cable car and the ski storage facilities are excellent - secure lockers and heated boot driers. The facilities are great - we used the spa, swimming pool and gym during our stay. The facial I had was wonderful and very good value compared to UK prices! The food was outstanding, 5 courses every night with vegetarian options and some flexibility if you wanted to double up on one course and not another. The quality of the food was exquisite and the Christmas Eve banquet was one of the best meals we have eaten. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating - we forgot a screwdriver to attach snowboard bindings so it was no trouble for them to source this. The bar was a lovely cosy spot to enjoy a drink and play some cards. All in all a magical stay for our Christmas break. Brilliant hotel, we will be back!

We booked a reservation at this hotel for three nights over christmas. Realizing that we would likely need another day we reached out to the hotel about cost to extend for one day. After some back and forth they gave us a quote to extend for one day and a drop dead date of midnight 8/31 to accept. On the evening of 8/31 I attempted to accept and was automatically notified the period had expired (i should have known it was midnight their time not mine). Subsequently I have reached out to them no less than 5 times to try to book the extra night and they continue to ignore me. So we have now cancelled the reservation and booked somewhere else for the 4 nights. .

Selva val di Gardena is well equiped with numerous self-contained apartments for the winter ski season so there is a lot to choose from. There are local buses that travel up and down the valley and these are free if the hotel is affiliated to the tourism body. Our 2-bedroom apartment had generous spaces with two large bedrooms, a large bathroom with great shower over a spa bath, kitchen facilities for self-catering, and dining area plus a lounge seating area. Beds were very comfy. Free fast wifi included. The building also had a laundry area, but only one washing machine and dryer, so there was alsways a wait to use these facilities – it would be worse in winter. There was also a swimming pool and spa, gym, restaurant and bar facilities, plus car parking. Check in at Reception was straight forward. We would definitely stay here again.

My friends and I have been to Antares multiple times, and we are always incredibly satisfied. This time we appreciated the improved locker system and the always-perfect room service & cleaning, but also got disappointed with the restaurant. We have seen a clear decrease in restaurant service quality and a slight decline in food quality. Our waitresses and waiters had very low knowledge about the menu and even lower about wines. The food was good but not as amazing as on our last visit, 3 years ago.

Very friendly and helpful staff, always did there best to help us out. Loved them. Good and clean rooms. Location was prefect, Easy to walk to the lifts. The breakfast was very good and the dinner too. Good ski room with lockers. Loved the spa and the swimming pool. We where traveling 14 together, from 9 years old to 80. Very good hotel for us. Would definitely stay there again.

Very very happy with this hotel. We chosed the residence option as we were a group of 7. The apartment had a master bedroom with toilette and a secod bedroom with common toilette. All seemed to be very new and well furnished. We never used the kitchen but it was large and fully equipped. The staff was super nice. Large multi stories parking space included in the price. Ski deposit included. Cannot find a negative with this place. We'll certainly come back!

I was in this hotel for more than ten days with my brother and my mother. The hotel is a bit rustic, typical of the area. The reception staff are attentive. The hotel is very clean. Everything is perfect, but I want to talk in particular about the restaurant staff, who are the same At breakfast and dinner, at the beginning we were in an area at the beginning of the restaurant room. The woman who served us, who I think was the head of the room, because she was dressed differently the first night, turned out to be very rude. She looked at us very badly and took the dishes with bad face and yelled at the waiters we don't know the reason but they moved us but it was for the best because we felt discriminated against in the way we were treated the first night, then they put us in the back of the restaurant we were always served by the adorable Andrea a very polite girl the others in the room who carried the dishes were very smiling there was another girl who always smiled and a very funny man who was always with the fantastic Andrea in the room at the end our overall experience was good Thank you andrea for all you did for us.

Just good. Please note that *********** offers rooms of 20 m2. We had one with a sloping side so the room seemed smaller. Breakfast was very extensive, service and wellness excellent. Parking in the parking garage is also spacious. Beautiful and spacious ski room with heating for boots

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in agosto presso l’hotel Antares trovandoci così bene che vogliamo assolutamente tornarci, magari per una vacanza invernale! Ecco alcuni plus di questa struttura: ➡️ Ci sono sia un hotel che un residence, nel quale si possono avere gli stessi servizi dell’hotel. ➡️ È situato nel cuore del paese: uscendo a piedi ci si trova direttamente nel centro di Selva di Val Gardena e a pochi passi dagli impianti sciistici. ➡️ La cucina è formidabile…. Impossibile non mettere su qualche chilo! ➡️ Le camere sono spaziose e pulite. Noi eravamo nella Quadrupla Comfort New, moderna e perfetta per una famiglia di 4 persone. ➡️ La piscina e la SPA sono ideali per un po’ di relax dopo una camminata o una sciata. ➡️ Tutto il personale è veramente molto accogliente e gentile, soprattutto il maitre Saverio! Siamo rimasti super soddisfatti di questo hotel!

L'hotel Antares è una chicca nel cuore di Selva. Le camere sono pulite e confortevoli, il personale giovane, sempre cortese e disponibile, soprattutto in sala dove la sera scambiavano volentieri due chiacchiere con il maitre, un fantastico intrattenitore. Il cibo è davvero fantastico, bello e buono i miei figli non hanno mai mangiato tanto e soprattutto, hanno assaggiato tutto. La posizione è buona per gli sciatori, ci sono due scuole sci una un po più distante di solito servit con la navetta, ma nei giorni che siamo andati noi non era disponibile, abbiamo cmq potuto usufruire a una cifra modica del deposito sci alla scuola per cui alla fine era comunque comodo. Il prezzo non è economico ma in linea con quanto viene offerto dalla struttura e dalla zona
