Tutto perfetto, personale gentillissimo e disponibile. Il ristorante molto valido ed all'altezza della struttura.

I can only advise you not to go to this hotel or at least you should just hope you don't get hurt. I was unlucky enough to fall on a step that wasn't visible inside the spa and I broke my foot. I immediately reported the incident and was told that they didn't have accident insurance. I had to leave the next day to go to the hospital and get treatment. Their response was that we had to pay for at least a second night and in the end, after discussions, we had to pay the entire amount of 4 nights that we were supposed to stay. I can only advise you to stay away also because, if you get hurt, they will tell you that you insinuated that you had hurt yourself inside the hotel even when you entered on your own two feet and left limping.

Diciamo che di grand ha solo il nome, pur essendo una bella costruzione di montagna, tenuta bene con display di fiori freschi fuori e sulle terrazza, e con un team sia alla reception che nella sala colazioni e cene di ottimo livello, cortesi e simpatici, la struttura per un discorso di qualità prezzo non può però essere considerato equilibrata. Faccio da ormai 30 anni il mestiere del incoming TO nel Regno Unito, certo le Dolomiti sono splendide nella loro bellezza naturale, ma non stiamo pagando la bellezza del posto..non si possono chiedere quelle cifre e dare quel prodotto, camere piccole, senza vista, mobilio rifatto recentemente di mediocre fattura, docce in plasticone.. in Scozia per quelle cifre ad agosto diamo 5 stelle di livello nelle altrettanto stupende Highlands, con la sicurezza di dormire al fresco anche.. Colazione buona e abbondante, di qualità, senza dubbio, piscina e health club ok.. pensate a cambiare le jacuzzi forse.. e consiglierei almeno una vasca per limmersione in acqua fredda, del resto in estate si viene per andare in bici o per camminare belle distanze, aggiungetene almeno una.. Direi nel complesso mediocre, anche se tutto sommato il personale e la giovialità hanno sicuramente aiutato. La prossima volta, caro direttore, se si hanno camere da vendere, e le avevate, date una camera migliore a chi ha pagato 500 euro a notte per un BB. Quelle camere quando le vendo in Scozia a TO in Italia me le rigettano, e costano molto meno che i prezzi richiesti da voi..
