Seinajoki Hotels with Wi-Fi

I've tried all the hotels in Seinäjoki and this one is my favourite. The location is excellent, downtown, easy to find and with its own underground safe parking (8€ per 24 hrs). There are places to recharge electric cars. There are small shopping malls, supermarkets, restaurants and bars around the hotels within walking distance. The staff has all the time been very nice and helpful. I had a standard room this time and it was very quiet and clean. Shower and toilet inside the bathroom and inside the room, an iron + ironing table, a safe box, a kettle with free tea and coffee facilities, a TV, a desk and a small sofa. I regret they have removed the minibar, they could have left the fridge empty, it could have been practical to store fresh drinks in summer. On the second floor, there is a free sauna and a small gym with enough equipment to train. The breakfast buffet was very good, there is everything you need to fill your stomach. I really recommend this hotel, especially if you go by car and want a safe and warm place to park in winter.

I was visiting in Sokos Hotel Lakeus one night in end of June. Hotel was fully booked because Music Festival Provinssi Rock and check-in took more time than usual but I think they still managed ok. All check-In desk were operating and check-in process itself was efficient. Room was spacious, modern and clean. Everything was in right order. Room had also own sauna which was very nice. Breakfast was ok as well. Not a five star but it included all incredients I prefer. overall impression of the hotel was excellent.

Maintenance hasn't been a priority. We decided to stroll to the polluted river behind the hotel, but found after exiting the door, we were locked out, and locked into the back seating area (no staff for miles, so we had to jump the wall to get away). The breakfast was less than average (first time I had ever seen a pool of water in scrambled eggs). Arrived at 4pm on Sunday to check in, (all ***********, website and email communication said check in was from 3pm to late) only to find that reception (& the hotel) were closed on Sundays from 1pm to 6pm. When we did check in, we were told the restaurant was now closed, and there was no sauna on Sundays (might have been nice to know this before we booked).
