Hotel nya lumayan bagus setara bintang 4 harusnya dapat yg wow tp masih bs dimklumi lah krn nyaman juga

I booked this stay for my parent but unfortunately they were not comfortable. The room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, and there were many cockroaches. We hope the hotel can take this feedback seriously and work to improve cleanliness and overall comfort for future guests. Thank you.
