Hotel in a strategic position in Milan 2, excellent for those with relatives or who have to pay visits to the nearby San Raffaele hospital, the structure is really very beautiful but suffers a little from age, the kindness and courtesy of the staff are truly commendable and the cleanliness it's great. The price is sometimes not adequate but obviously the demand in Milan is high every day, I highly recommend it especially if you have some discounts in certain periods such as "Black Friday" or perhaps Trip.com offers.

Una latrina appena arrivati nella hall ti sale nelle narici un misto di puzza tra moquette ammuffita fogna e sporco impregnato nelle pareti e ovunque ti guardi. Entriamo in camera e trovi di tutto cimici formiche e zanzare spacciate alle pareti. Moquette che se mai tocchi senza ciabatte ti becchi di sicuro la scabbia. Per me è da mettere i sigilli.

Pessima esperienza, peccato perché sono jean cliente fidelizzata del gruppo Nh! Residence sporco, arredi fatiscenti, camere invase da zanzare, tante spiaccicate al muro! Peccato, una bellissima struttura abbandonata a sé stessa, dove l'incuria e la sporcizia fanno da padrona....a mai più!!!!
